Happy First Birthday to The Second Tucker Litter.

Field Trip

Field Trip

This litter had the very original names of Eleven, Twelve, Baby, Fourteen, Fifteen, Sixteen, Seventeen, Eighteen, Nineteen & Twenty. Indicating the birth order of this second litter. They now have much more interesting names: Posey, Sarge Dakota, Bailey Athena, Jack, Belle Pepper, Rosie, Ruger, Cabela & Watson.

What a group. They are as far west as New Mexico, north as Virginia, south as south Florida and east as North Carolina. A couple are training to hunt birds, one is trying their hand at agility, docking diving is the future for two, obedience classes have been attended, star puppy awards have been received. There has been lots of loving, snuggles, kisses and some sighs over all that energy.

Max from litter one welcomed Rosie to his family. Rosie favorite sport is irritating brother Max. She is full of energy and a head turner. This family loves a good road trip & Rosie is game. Posey was welcomed to her family by her two canine siblings. She is smart, sweet and of course gorgeous. She and her active family are rehabbing a beautiful old home and enjoying all the perks of a small town. Jack enjoys the warm weather of Florida, swimming, boating and the ocean. Bailey is Miss personality. She is beautiful and full of energy. Her favorite pillow is brother Beau from litter one. Watson’s best friend is big brother Oliver a yellow lab. This active family spends time boating and camping. Watson has his own hammock and has perfected the art of launching himself from the boat to retrieve any ball or stick. Pepper would be a trophy winning high jumper if she was allowed on the track team. No is not her favorite word. Loves her family and excels at talking. Favorite past time is Pointing. Sarge loves all his siblings human and canine. If he had a favorite it would be Dad, but don’t tell Mom. In the summer swimming in the river is the best. Excelled at bird camp. Looking forward to returning and would like to bring his bed. Why sleep on a kennel floor when you have a good bed. Cabela was greeted into her family by a beautiful GSP named Dakota. She gives the best kisses and is crazy about water. Favorite destination the family farm. Favorite farm animal the horses. She is happy go lucky and game for anything. She and Dakota excel at fetch and tug a war. Ruger’s big brother is a striking hound. No matter the families location Ruger believes he belongs with them. Don’t tell him the backyard is meant for dogs. Enjoys stealthily taking his human brother’s dinner and absconding with every toy in the house. He just returned from bird camp. Has a great nose, holds his point and backs. Pretty good start. Sunny was welcomed by the Grand Dame Bella the Boxer. She loves the water which is fortuitous since she lives on it. Sunny greets many a visitor with a toy. She has a favorite blanket and a slamming handshake. Happy & sweet describes her perfectly. The birds and squirrels in the back better be careful cause she aims to have one.

I really enjoy the first and second year updates. I’m biased that Tucker is a superior mother and family member and I want all to feel their pup is superior because they are. Each of these families are exceptional and they provide the right environment for a GSP. Every family is loving, active and has an alpha that is not a canine the perfect recipe. I look forward to hearing from the pack.
